Photo printing

For some time I’ve been producing photo’s for a commercial website. I now want to sell a limited number of my best photo’s. But, how best to print?

I think what I use today isn’t good enough. I use a 6 colour (no varnish) Epson Photo R300 printer with Epson inks, Kodak Ultima photo paper.

So, is a commercial printing services the answer, or, upgrade my current process (to what!)or change nothing……. Suggestions?

Go to something better as a standalone printer, get something like a R1800, 8 colors, or look at the Canon offerings, as a side note, I have always found that the Kodak paper never quite the same quality as the Epson own branded stuff.

you can't beat the quality of chemical printing through a developing lab companies offer a service to e-mail images to print and then send them to the store, and it's loads cheaper than printing yourself.

Though if you are printing yourself use epson paper with epson ink, it's a more expensive but the paper is designed to work with the ink and the prints will last longer.
