Call for submissions at Recoat...

Yo!

We've opened a gallery in Glasgow that exhibits, graphic art, illustration, graffiti and photography and selling limited fashion, jewellery, books and mags. We're at 323 North Woodside Road. www.recoatdesign.com.

We have our 2nd show opening on the 24th Aug, 7-10pm. Going to be a sweet show with, Brian McFie, Lucy McLeod, Eleanor Meredith, Mary Trodden...

We are planning an art extravaganza for our 3rd show. We want to hold an exhibition where the work is affordable to most, it should be a fun show, with loads of work, and variations. No piece will be sold for over £40. The work can be as tiny or as large as you like and you can price it from £1- £40. There will still be a strong emphasis on high end quality finished work. We hope to have 30 or so artists taking part so the walls should be totally rammed with work, a really vibrant show.

This show will open on the 28th Sep, and will close on the 24th Oct.

We're still looking for a few artists to take part in both shows so get submissions into amywhiten@hotmail.com.
