Description
I am a recently graduated, motivated and enthusiastic illustrator with freelancing experience. I have been commissioned for a number of projects including an editorial piece for ‘The Guardian’, design of a logo for a wakeboard company and promotional material for ‘The National Association for Compost’. Skills developed include working to a tight deadline and building a good rapport with clients. I have strong technical abilities in a wide variety of media such as gouache, acrylic, pen and ink and watercolour and PhotoShop. I am presently looking for an opportunity to develop my skills within the field of children’s book illustration. I have written and illustrated three children’s books and have had extensive experience working with children within the roles of play-worker, teaching assistant and art-based workshop assistant in a gallery.
